Return Policy

At Luxeva.pk, we carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure our customers receive quality products. Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, personal care, and hygiene products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products

• Personal care and beauty items

• Fragrances and perfumes

• Sale or discounted products

• Electronic accessories and devices

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you may be asked to provide:

• Order Number

• Clear photos of the product

• Unboxing video showing the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement product or store credit based on the situation.

Out of Stock Products

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, the unavailable product will be removed from your order and the remaining items will be shipped. Any difference in amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, electronic items and accessories sold on Luxeva.pk do not include a manufacturer warranty.
